I "fail" because... I didn't feel like loading a PvP build? Kthx. I've said it numerous times.

I hope someone important puts an offical quote down or something straight from anet.

If the runners are such garbage, why not bring counters? Like crippling slash or grasping earth or Bull's strike or run a hammer bar.

I hope this has been a brilliant learning experience.

Also rank means nothing, I wouldn't use it to defend your credibility, it just makes things worse.

We've said several times now that they have said they are planning to do something about stalemate matches. It's in the wiki.

I know. I'm looking for an actual response from someone like Gaile or something though.

For a moment, I thought the OP was trying to be ironic...

He does bring about some good ideas though.

Also, you can't expect an immature kid to not go completely overboard on the defensive side. (I'm not trying to insult you Nox, just stating the truth)

This thread is flamebait tho, /considerclosingit?

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but because anet already announced they plan on doing something about the leavers/leachers and the amount of time a match takes, I doubt Gaile is going to come here and post it again.

Live Vicarously is a kickass skill for a wammo, especially with flurry... what are you talking about?

Everyone knows rangers are invulnerable.

With their combination of Natural Stride and Troll Unguent, rangers cannot be killed. Simple logic. Thus, something needs to be done about it. It's not your fault that neither you or your teamates brought crappy builds that have 0 real damage power (I'm guessing that that P/D carries Ebon Dust Aura), or that you didn't carry any snares, run-buffs or an IAS.

Seriously, cut this guy some slack. It's not as if it's easy to kill a ranger if you've got no damage.

Other people in this thread: you cannot be expected to bring a counter to everything. For example, you cannot expect a warrior to carry an enchant rip (apart from maybe Rending Touch), or can you expect an assassin to bring a stance remover. If I'm forced into a stalemate because there's a warrior and an assassin on my team and a stoneflesh ele tank on the other and neither of us have any interrupts (because normally warriors and assassins don't carry interrupts) it should not be a case of who gets bored quicker.

Quoted for truth.

In fact, that bar has the Wammo Hunter Seal of Epicness.

ok, I've had my fun. I can't resist a good Wammo taunting, I do apologise.

I have had the same frustrations as the OP in game, and it doesn't only happen in RA...some people seem to think it also works in Fort Aspenwood, which is wrong, because it so shouldn't. Occaisionally I find a kurzick wammo who spams Charge and Sprint, and Healing Breeze when necessary outside the fort, up and down and gets a remarkable amount of attention. Why does he run? For attention, as a distraction...but it's annoying. People need to learn to ignore such players.

The gamble with RA seems to be that you never know who you'll get dumped with. You can't bank on your fellow party members taking certain skills so there is a dilemma...do you take a snare, enchantment removal, hex removal, interrupts, healing yourself...or do you hope you get a good party. Trying to "cover all bases" is very difficult.

W/A > W/D tbh.

Much rather have Dash and DDagger than Pious Haste and Rending Touch.
